📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Saturday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited (3–5 days) and Express (1–2 days) options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be in processing. Email support@cyantor.com immediately with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
My order shows "Delivered" but I have not received it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors and your building's front desk first. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If still missing after 3 business days, email support@cyantor.com with your order number.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition with all parts, keys, locks, and accessories included. Items showing signs of use or cosmetic residue are not eligible for return. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@cyantor.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions if approved. Do not ship items back without prior approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, CyanTor covers return shipping. For change of mind returns on unused items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived with missing parts or accessories. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what was received. We will send the missing items at no cost.

What are the interior dimensions of the case?
Interior dimensions and compartment layout are listed in the specifications section of each product page. If you need a measurement not shown, email support@cyantor.com with the product name and the specific measurement you need before ordering.
What is the weight capacity of the trolley cases?
Weight capacity is listed in the specifications section of each product page. Do not exceed the listed capacity as this can stress the wheels, frame joints, and drawer slides over time.
Do the rolling trolley cases come assembled?
Most trolley cases arrive fully assembled or require only minor attachment steps (such as wheel installation or handle attachment). Assembly requirements are noted in the product description. A manual is included where assembly is required.
Are the cases lockable?
Most professional cases in our catalog include a key lock system. Lock type, key count, and whether keys are included are listed under "Package Includes" on each product page.
What materials are the cases made from?
Materials vary by product and are listed in the specifications section of each product page. Common materials include aluminum alloy frames, ABS plastic shells, steel hardware, and velvet or foam-lined interiors. LED cases use alloy construction with integrated lighting panels.
Are the interior dividers removable or adjustable?
Divider configuration varies by model. Whether dividers are removable, adjustable, or fixed is noted in the product description. If you need clarification on a specific case, contact us before ordering.
How do I clean the interior of my case?
Wipe the interior with a slightly damp cloth and allow to dry before closing. For velvet or fabric-lined interiors, use a soft dry brush or lint roller. Avoid saturating any lining material with liquid cleaners. For aluminum exteriors, wipe with a dry or lightly damp microfiber cloth — avoid abrasive pads or acidic cleaners.

How does the LED lighting work?
LED cases feature built-in lighting panels around the mirror surface. Most models offer multiple color temperature modes — typically daylight (cool white), warm white, and natural — to allow accurate makeup application under different lighting conditions. The mode switch is typically located on the side or base of the case.
How do I charge the LED case?
Charging method is listed in the specifications section of each LED product page. Most models charge via USB-C or Micro USB using the cable included in the box. Charge time and battery life vary by model and are listed where available.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by model and brightness setting. This information is listed in the specifications section where available. To extend battery life, lower the brightness setting when full brightness is not needed and close the case when not in use.
Is the mirror magnified?
Mirror type — standard or magnified — is listed in the product specifications. If magnification is a specific requirement, check the product page before ordering or contact us to confirm.
Can the LED case be used while charging?
Most models support use while charging. Confirm this for your specific model in the product description or contact us if it is not listed.

Are these cases suitable for working makeup artists?
Yes. Our rolling salon trolleys and professional train cases are designed with working artists in mind — sufficient compartment depth for full-size products, lockable storage for professional tools, and wheel and frame construction rated for regular transport and use. Interior dimensions and compartment counts are listed on each product page to help you match the case to your kit size.
Can the rolling trolley cases fit on airplanes?
Rolling salon trolleys are typically too large for carry-on luggage. They are designed for ground transport — salon use, on-location work, and vehicle transport. For air travel, our compact train cases and travel organizers are more appropriate. Check product dimensions against airline carry-on size limits before traveling.
What is the wheel type on the rolling trolleys?
Wheel type and swivel configuration are listed in the specifications section. Most rolling trolleys use 360° swivel casters for maneuverability on smooth surfaces. These are designed for salon and studio floors rather than outdoor terrain.
Can I add custom foam inserts or organizers to the cases?
The cases are not designed for custom foam inserts specifically, but the removable divider systems in most models allow significant layout customization. For specific interior modification questions, contact us with the product name and your use case.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and checkout is powered by Shopify's secure payment infrastructure. We do not store your full payment details.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order at checkout.
I entered the wrong email at checkout. Will I still receive my confirmation?
Contact support@cyantor.com with your name, approximate order time, and shipping address and we will locate your order and update your contact details.
🛠️ Warranty & After-Sales
Do your products come with a warranty?
All CyanTor products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal professional use. This covers structural defects in frames and joints, hardware failure under normal use, and lighting component failure not caused by physical damage or liquid exposure. It does not cover cosmetic damage from normal use, damage from overfilling, or physical damage caused by drops or impact.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@cyantor.com with your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review within 1–2 business days and advise on next steps.
What happens if my product is damaged during shipping?
Inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and all packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
