Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or high-volume promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete. Actual delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
You can track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page or directly through the carrier's portal.
How Makeup Cases Are Packaged
Makeup cases, salon organizers, and storage systems are packaged in protective foam or bubble wrap inserts inside reinforced outer boxes to prevent damage to locks, handles, drawers, and mirror surfaces during transit. LED cases and cases with lighting components receive additional protective packaging around electrical elements.
Please inspect all packaging carefully upon delivery before discarding, and retain original packaging until you have confirmed the product is complete and undamaged.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@cyantor.com.
We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. CyanTor is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom or front desk
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
- Wait 3 business days, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely
If your package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us at support@cyantor.com and we will assist you.
Damaged Items During Shipping
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cyantor.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and all packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing. Please double-check your order details and shipping address before completing your purchase. To request a cancellation, email support@cyantor.com with your order number as soon as possible.
